Facades & rainscreens
Ventilated systems on aluminium rails. Resists frost, salt and standing water; no mechanical fixing through the surface.
We manufacture flexible stone (MCM) surfaces 2–4 mm thin and around 3 kg per square metre — real quarried stone, bonded to a mineral backing, flexible enough to wrap a column, a soffit and a curved reception desk without a single visible seam.
Solid stone is beautiful, permanent and almost impossible to use above the ground floor without steel, labour and a crane. Flexible stone removes the argument.
A traditional 20 mm stone cladding panel weighs around 55 kg per square metre and needs mechanical fixing, a structural substrate and a trained installation crew. One KASARO sheet weighs 3 kg — a two-person team can carry a full elevation in a day, and the same material can be cut on site with a utility knife, bent around a corner radius and bonded with tile adhesive.
The surface is not a print of stone. It is stone: quarry material reduced to a mineral aggregate, cast against original slabs and cured into a flexible sheet. Colour, vein and grain are taken from the source block, which is why a KASARO elevation holds together across forty metres.
Seven series, one 2–4 mm sheet. Every finish is made on the same production line and installed with the same system.
Architects need consistency across batches, documentation for the approval pack and a factory that answers the phone. All three are part of the product.

Water absorption, Class A fire rating, freeze-thaw cycling, UV exposure, scrub resistance and VOC are tested by SGS and issued with the documentation pack.
Colour and texture are matched against a retained master reference, so a wall ordered in March still matches one ordered in November.
Send us the elevation and we return setting-out drawings, corner details, expansion joints and a cutting schedule before the first sheet is produced.
Sheets are packed in standard export wooden crates with professional protection, then shipped on efficient logistics routes to projects worldwide.

Book-matched walls, curved counters and column cladding in one continuous figure, installed over plaster or plasterboard.
Feature walls, bar fronts and wayfinding panels that carry a strong material idea without a long lead time.
Wraps the inside of a lift shaft and the soffit of a stair flight, where rigid stone cannot physically be installed.
Timber and stone characters in wet rooms, kitchens and corridors, with the maintenance profile of a tile.
Rammed-earth and travertine surfaces for projects that want local material character without local sourcing delays.
We ship a sample box with the finishes under consideration, plus fire and adhesion certificates for your approval pack.
Your elevations are converted into panel layouts with corner and expansion details.
Casting, curing and colour matching against the approved reference, with batch numbers recorded on every carton.
Palletised, protected and shipped to site. On-site technical support is included on orders above 1,000 m².
Hotels, residential towers, commercial interiors and cultural work across fifty export markets. Every reference can be verified with its contractor on request.
Sizes, thickness, indoor and outdoor use, curved surfaces, water and fire performance, testing and customization — the twenty questions that decide whether the material fits.
